Right of withdrawal

Albiferro’s products (software licences and SaaS subscriptions) are intangible goods and services delivered instantly in electronic form; delivery is complete when the licence key or account access is sent by e-mail. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation the right of withdrawal cannot be used after delivery; this is confirmed separately when ordering.

Cancelling before delivery

If you tell us at [email protected] that you are cancelling while the key or access has not yet been sent, the full amount is refunded within 14 days of your notice.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time with the link in the subscription e-mails or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: the subscription runs until then, does not renew, and no further payment is taken. The fee for a period already started is not refunded.

Faulty key or product

If a key does not work, or the product does not match its description, write to [email protected]: we send a working key or fix the problem. If it cannot be fixed, your payment is refunded. Your other rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved.

How refunds are made

Card payments are refunded to the card used, through PayTR; bank transfers to the account the payment came from. When the amount shows on your account depends on your bank.

Product-specific terms

Upgrade credits, add-ons and plan-specific rules are published on each product’s site (Spitfire, Milk Trace, Courino (KOS)) and complete these terms and the Distance Sales Contract.
